Welcome to imalaysia5 ("the Platform", "we", "us", or "our"), an online sports betting and casino gaming platform accessible at imalaysia5.cam. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the User", "Player", or "you") and imalaysia5 with respect to your access to and use of the Platform and all services, features, content, and functionality offered therein.

• "Balance" means the total of real-money funds held in a Player's Account at any given time, denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR).

• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a Bonus amount must be staked on eligible games before any associated winnings may be withdrawn.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and document verification process required before an Account may access full withdrawal functionality.
• "Restricted Territory" means any jurisdiction in which the use of the Platform is prohibited by applicable law.
• "Force Majeure" means any event beyondimalaysia5's reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government actions, cyber-attacks, or infrastructure failures.

To register and maintain an Account onimalaysia5, you must at all times meet the following eligibility requirements:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. Registration by or on behalf of any individual under 21 years of age is strictly prohibited.
• You must be a natural person with legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws of your jurisdiction of residence.
• You must not be a resident of, or accessing the Platform from, any Restricted Territory where online gambling is explicitly prohibited.
• You must not be a current or former employee, contractor, agent, or affiliate of imalaysia5, or an immediate family member of any such person.
• You must not already hold an existing active Account on imalaysia5. Only one Account per individual, household, device, IP address, or payment method is permitted.
• You must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information during registration and at any point when requested by imalaysia5 for KYC purposes.

To create an Account, you must complete the registration form accurately and in full. You agree to provide your legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and a valid contact number. All information submitted must be truthful and may not be that of another person.

imalaysia5 is required under its licensing obligations to conduct Know Your Customer (KYC) verification. You may be asked to provide one or more of the following documents:

• Government-issued photo identification (Malaysian MyKad, passport, or driving licence)
• Proof of residential address dated within the last three months (utility bill, bank statement, or official correspondence)
• Proof of payment method ownership (front of bank card, screenshot of e-wallet account, or bank statement showing the account holder's name)
• Source of funds documentation where required by our compliance team

Failure to complete KYC verification within the stipulated timeframe will result in restrictions being placed on your Account, including suspension of withdrawal privileges.imalaysia5 reserves the right to withold withdrawal processing until all outstanding KYC documentation has been satisfactorily verified.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials, including your username and password. You must not disclose these credentials to any third party and must take reasonable steps to prevent unauthorised access to your Account.

Each Player is permitted to hold only one Account. The creation of multiple accounts — whether using the same or different personal details — constitutes a breach of these Terms and may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and permanent exclusion from the Platform.

You must notify imalaysia5 immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised access to, or suspected compromise of, your Account.imalaysia5 will not be liable for any losses arising from your failure to safeguard your login credentials.

imalaysia5 reserves the right to close inactive Accounts. An Account is considered inactive if no login activity has been recorded for a period of 12 consecutive months. Prior to closure, we will make reasonable attempts to contact the Account holder at the registered email address. Any remaining balance will be handled in accordance with applicable regulatory requirements.

imalaysia5 supports a range of Malaysian payment methods for the deposit and withdrawal of funds. All transactions are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Supported payment channels currently include, but are not limited to: Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank Online, Hong Leong Connect, Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX (Financial Process Exchange), and major cryptocurrencies including Bitcoin (BTC), Ethereum (ETH), Tether (USDT), and Litecoin (LTC).

Deposit Conditions:

• The minimum deposit amount is RM30 per transaction. Maximum deposit limits vary by payment method and VIP tier.
• All deposits must originate from a payment account held in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.
• Deposits via e-wallet (Touch 'n Go, Boost, GrabPay) and DuitNow are typically credited within minutes. FPX and bank transfer deposits may take 5–15 minutes to reflect.
• Cryptocurrency deposits are credited upon sufficient blockchain confirmations, typically within 10–30 minutes depending on network congestion.

Withdrawal Conditions:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is RM50 per transaction. Maximum limits depend on your verified account tier.
• All withdrawals must be processed to a payment account in your own name, matching your registered KYC details.
• Withdrawal requests for fully KYC-verified accounts are typically processed within 10–60 minutes during operational hours. Processing times may extend during peak periods or where additional verification is required.
• imalaysia5 reserves the right to conduct additional security checks on any withdrawal request, including requesting further documentation.
• Winings derived entirely from Bonus Funds may not be withdrawn until applicable Wagering Requirements have been fully satisfied.

imalaysia5 offers a range of bonuses and promotional incentives to eligible Players from time to time, including but not limited to welcome bonuses, deposit reload bonuses, cashback offers, birthday bonuses, referal bonuses, and cryptocurrency deposit bonuses. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published alongside each promotion and to the general conditions set out in this section.

• Each bonus promotion specifies a Wagering Requirement that must be completed before any bonus-derived winnings may be withdrawn. Wagering Requirements typically range from 10x to 30x the bonus amount, as stated in the individual promotion terms.
• Bonus Funds and real-money funds are tracked separately in your Account. Real-money funds are used and exhausted first before Bonus Funds are applied to any wager, unless the promotion specifies otherwise.
• Bonuses are valid only for the period stated in the promotion. Expired bonuses and associated pending winings are automatically forfeited without notice.
• imalaysia5 reserves the right to limit bonus eligibility to specific payment methods, games, bet types, or markets. Bets placed on excluded game types will not count toward Wagering Requirements.
• Each promotion is available once per Player, household, IP address, or payment method unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• imalaysia5 reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time and without prior notice. Any bets placed and accepted prior to such amendment remain valid under the terms at the time of acceptance.
• Evidence of bonus abuse, collusion, arbitrage betting, or any attempt to exploit promotions in a manner inconsistent with genuine player activity will result in forfeiture of all bonus funds and associated winnings, and may result in permanent Account closure.

All bets and wagers placed on imalaysia5 are subject to the specific rules governing each sport, game, or market, as published on the Platform. General betting and gaming rules include the following:

• All bets are final once confirmed. No cancellation, amendment, or reversal of a confirmed bet is permitted except where explicitly provided for by the applicable sporting or game rules (e.g., event postponement, void market conditions).
• In the event of a technical error or system malfunction affecting the settlement of a bet or game outcome, imalaysia5 reserves the right to void the affected bet and return stakes to the Player's Account balance.
• Odds displayed on the Platform are subject to change up the moment of bet confirmation. imalaysia5 is not liable for any loss arising from odds fluctuations between the time a bet is initiated and the time it is confirmed.
• For sports betting, all markets are settled in accordance with the official result published by the relevant governing body of the sport. For live betting on football matches including Liga Super Malaysia and English Premier League fixtures, additional market-specific rules apply as set out in the sports rules section of the Platform.
• Mix Parlay bets require all selections to win for the bet to succeed. If one or more selections are voided, the parlay is recalculated with the remaining valid selections at their respective odds.
• Casino game results are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. The results of each game round are final and binding once displayed on screen.
• imalaysia5 will not be responsible for any bet placed under eroneous odds, prices, or market conditions that were clearly the result of a manifest error. We reserve the right to void such bets at our sole discretion.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and legal action:

• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration or KYC verification
• Operating multiple Accounts, whether in your own name or using the identity of another person
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, artificial intelligence, or any other technology to place bets or interact with the Platform in a manner not consistent with human play
• Engaging in match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any form of sports manipulation in connection with bets placed on imalaysia5
• Coluding with other Players or third parties to exploit bonuses, markets, or game mechanics for guaranteed or near-guaranteed returns
• Using funds derived from criminal activity to deposit or wager on the Platform
• Accessing the Platform from a Restricted Territory using a VPN, proxy server, or any other method of location concealment
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, interfere with, or disrupt the technical infrastructure of the Platform
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing imalaysia5 staff, agents, or other Players via any communication channel

imalaysia5 is committed to promoting responsible gambling practices. We recognise that for some individuals, gambling may lead to harm, and we take our obligations in this area seriously. The following tools and policies form part of our responsible gambling framework:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits through their Account settings. Once a limit is set, it takes effect immediately. Increasing a deposit limit requires a24-hour cooling-off period.
• Session Time Limits: Players may configure session timers that provide alerts or enforce automatic logout after a defined period of continuous play.
• Loss Limits: Players may set maximum loss thresholds over defined periods, after which the system will prevent further wagering until the limit resets or is adjusted.
• Self-Exclusion: Players who wish to temporarily or permanently exclude themselves from the Platform may request self-exclusion through Account settings or by contacting our support team. Self-exclusion takes effect within 24 hours of the request being processed.
• Cooling-Off Periods: Players may request a cooling-off period of between 24 hours and 6 weeks during which their Account is suspended from wagering activity.

imalaysia5 strictly enforces the minimum age requirement of21 years for all players. We conduct mandatory age and identity verification on all accounts and reserve the right to conduct further verification checks at any time.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial use in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not include any right to sublicense, sell, reproduce, distribute, publicly display, modify, create derivative works from, or otherwise exploit any Platform content without the prior written consent of imalaysia5.

Any unauthorised use of imalaysia5's intellectual property may constitute an infringement of applicable intellectual property rights and may result in civil or criminal liability.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, imalaysia5 and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of funds, profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or business arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform
• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, however caused
• Losses arising from unauthorised Account access where you have failed to maintain adequate security over your login credentials
• Interruptions, delays, or errors in Platform availability caused by technical issues, maintenance, or Force Majeure events
• Any reliance you place on information, odds, or content displayed on the Platform
• Losses sustained as a result of gambling activity, including losses from bets placed in accordance with these Terms

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit imalaysia5's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any liability that cannot be excluded by law.

imalaysia5 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe
• Reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or criminal activity
• Evidence of multiple Account creation or identity misrepresentation
• Self-exclusion request by the Account holder or a designated third party
• Regulatory requirements or requests from law enforcement or governmental authorities
• Prolonged Account inactivity as described in Section 5

Upon Account closure, any verified balance remaining in your Account (net of any Bonus Funds or contested amounts) will be refunded to you via your last verified payment method within a reasonable timeframe, subject to completion of any outstanding security or compliance review.

You may voluntarily close your Account at any time by contacting our customer support team. Voluntary closure requests are processed within 24 business hours and are subject to any outstanding wagering activity being settled first.

These Terms and Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which imalaysia5 holds its international gaming licence.

Any dispute arising from your use of the Platform that cannot be resolved through our customer support or complaints process shall be referred to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the applicable arbitral institution the licensing jurisdiction. You waive any right to a jury trial or class action proceding in connection with any dispute.

Nothing in this clause preventsimalaysia5 from seeking urgent injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property rights or prevent irreparable harm.

imalaysia5 reserves the right to amend, modify, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. We will make reasonable efforts to notify registered Players of material changes via email or a prominent notice displayed on the Platform prior to the changes taking effect.

Your continued use of the Platform following the publication of updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of and agreement to the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request Account closure in accordance with Section 13.

The "Last Updated" date displayed at the top of this page will be revised each time these Terms are materially amended. We encourage you to review this page periodically to stay informed of any changes that may affect your rights and obligations.
